Certificate required for each stage
 
Kgs:
  1. Computerized certificate of birth (indicating the national number).
  2. 6 personal photos ( 4x 6 size)
  3. A copy of father and mother ID.
  4. Father and mother qualifications.
 
Admission conditions and requirements:                                                       
 
  1. Baby class – child will not be less than two and a half years old.
  2. KG1- child will not be less than three and a half years old.
  3. KG2- child will not be less than four and a half years old.
  4. Child has to pass the admission test.
 
Primary stage up to 3rd preparatory stage:
 
Case I: Transfer from Egyptian schools to Manaret  Al-Bayan School requires the followings:
 
  1. Four copies of "transfer request" stamped by the original school and its educational department corresponded, later Manaret  by  ElBayan school  and  Al Obour Educational department . 
  2. A certificate of "success and promotion" from the educational department tranfered from.
  3. Computerized certificate of birth (indicating the national number).
  4. 6 personal photos. (4x6)
  5. A copy of father and mother ID.
  6. Father and mother qualifications.
  7. The student should pass the admission test.
Note: 
  1. Students promoted to 2nd Or will submit a certificate of his success in the 1st preparatory.
  2. Students promoted to 3rd preparatory will submit a certificate of his success in the 1st preparatory  and 2nd preparatory. 
  3. Students transferred from another educational zone will submit a statement of "success and promotion" of the 6th primary.
  4. Language school student  will bring a "statement of marks" for the first and secondary languages.
  5. Electronic transfer  and student code from the original school.
 
Case II: Egyptian student transferred to Manaret  Al-Bayan schools form schools abroad.
A. Student under the Egyptian embassy authorization will provide the following:
  1. Certificate of success “Our students abroad”  stamped by the Egyptian embassy.
  2. Computerized certificate of birth (indicating the national number).
  3. A copy of father and mother ID.
  4. A copy of father and mother qualifications.
  5. Student should pass the admission test.
  6. 6 personal  photos.
 
Case III: Egyptian student transferred to Manaret  Al-Bayan schools form schools abroad.
B. student not attached to the Egyptian embassy authorization will submit the following:
  1. "Success and promotion" certificate authenticated and stamped by the Egyptian Embassy. 
  2. Computerized certificate of birth (indicating the national number).
  3. 6 personal photos (4x6).
  4. A copy of father and mother ID.
  5. A copy of father and mother qualifications.
  6. Student will go to  Banha Educational Directorate " to get "back to Egypt "  letter which indicate the followings:
    • a. The grade joined by the student (whether higher or lower than declared age) tottaly or partially exempted form studying Arabic subject.
    • b. or as per this letter , a test will be done by the school and will be authenticated by the educational Directorate corresponded. 
  7. Stamp this letter from ElObour Educational department .
  8. Student should pass the admission test.
 
Case IV: Non-Egyptian student transferred from school abroad to Manaret  Al-Bayan School will submit the followings:
Authenticated success certificate form school transferred from.
  1. A copy of student and parent passport as well as a copy of "residence permission".
  2. Certificate of birth.
  3. 6 personal photos.
  4. A copy of father and mother ID.
  5. A copy of father and mother qualifications.
  6. " A foreign joiner"  letter  from Banha Educational Directorate indicating the followings:
    • a. The grade student will join (higher or lower than the declared age)
    • b. totally or partially exempted from studying Arabic subjects.
    • c. Or in this letter a test will be done by the school and get it authenticate by the Obour Educational Department. 
  7. Stamp this letter from ElObour Educational department .
  8. Student should pass the admission test.
 
Note:
The previously letter for non-Egyptian will be renewed in each stage. 
 
 
High school stage:
 
Case I: Transfer from Egyptian schools to Manaret  Al-Bayan School requires the followings:
 
 first secondary:

  1. Computerized certificate of birth (indicating the national number). 

  1. Authenticated 3rd preparatory statement. 

  1. 6 personal photos ( 4x6 ). 

  4.   A copy of father and mother ID. 

  5.   A copy of father and mother qualifications. 

  6.   Student transferred from outside Al-Obour department  will submit four  copies of "transfer request" stamped by the original school and its educational department corresponded, later                                by Manaret  ElBayan school  and  Al Obour Educational department.  

  7.   Student transferred from outside Al-Obour department  will submit an certificate of success  authenticated by the corresponded directorate..  

  8.   Student should pass the admission test. 

 

  Second and third secondary:
 

  1. Computerized certificate of birth (indicating the national number). 

  1. A copy of father and mother ID. 

  1. A copy of father and mother qualifications. 

  1. 6 personal photos (4 x6). 

  1. Four  copies of "transfer request" stamped by the original school and its educational department corresponded, later by Manaret  El Bayan school  and  Al Obour Educational department. 

  1. Certificate of success from the original educational department. 

  1. Promotion form the third preparatory stag authenticated by the original Directorate. 

  1. Student should pass the admission test. 

 

  

 

Case II: Egyptian Students transferred from school abroad (attached to Egyptian embassy) to Manaret Al-Bayan will submit the following: 

  1. Success certificate stamped by the Egyptian embassy. 

  1. Certificate of birth (indicating the national number). 

  1. 6 personal photos (4*6) 

  1. A copy of father and mother ID. 

  1. A copy of father and mother qualifications. 

  1. Admission test should be passed by the student. 

 

Case III: Egyptian Student transferred from schools (not attached to Egyptian embassy) abroad to Manaret Al-Bayan School will submit the following: 

  1. A certificate “back to Egypt” success from the original school authenticated and stamped by the Egyptian embassy. 

  1. Certificate of birth (indicating the national number). 

  1. 6 personal photos. (4 x6).  

  1. A copy of father and mother ID. 

  1. A copy of father and mother qualifications. 

  1. A letter from Banha Educational Directorate indicates the following: 

  1. Grade the student will join, totally or partially exempted from studying Arabic subjects. 

  1. Or in this letter, a test will be done by the school, stamped and authenticated by the directorate corresponded.  

      7. Stamp this letter from ElObour Educational department . 

     8. Student should pass the admission test. 

 

Case IV: Non-Egyptian student transferred form school abroad to Manaret Al-Bayan school will  submit the following: 

  1. A certificate of success authenticated by the school transferred form. 

  1. Student and parent passport with renewed permission of residence.  

  1. Certificate of birth. 

  1. 6 photos (4x6). 

  1. A copy of father and mother ID. 

  1. A copy of father and mother qualifications. 

  1. A letter  from Banha Educational Directorate indicating: 

  1. Grade the student will join (higher or lower the declared age)  

  1.  exempted from studying Arabic subject.  

  1. Or in this letter, a test will be done by the school and get it stamped and authenticated by Al-obour department.  

  1. Stamp this letter from ElObour Educational department . 

  1. Student should pass the admission test.
