School policy
Dear Parents & students;
Sticking to the school rules gives you the chance to go on successfully. The following rules must be followed whether in the playground, classroom or in the school bus.
Uniform policy:
No student will be permitted to go in “in different uniform”
1. All students should stick to “the school Uniform”. Should the student fail to meet the said rules, he/she will be prevented from attending. Jeans, sandals or coloured shirts …etc. are also rejected.
Sport uniform will be allowed on the day of sports session.
2. All valued things such as jewelry whatsoever are not allowed in the school.
3. Recorders and cell phones are not permitted. Such things will be confiscated by the school administration and can be retrieved at the end of the school year.
School is not responsible for losing such things.
4. Hairdressing of female students will be in a way suitable for school; hair tie will be in white or beige. Hair covered female students will have white or beige hair cover.
5. Hat is not allowed in the school as well as unsuitable hair cut or cap.
Playground behavior:
1. Student will come in time, before saluting the flag. The national song will be sung in appropriate way reveals the full respect to our country Egypt.
2. “Break Time” aims to rest, relaxation and play but not for troubles and problems. Please keep your playground clean by throwing wastes into waste bins.
Class behaviour:
1. Attendance will be checked each session. Absence of one session will be considered “whole day” absence.
Absence of consecutive 15 days or separated 30 days without no excuse or authenticated medical sick leave will result in decreasing “Performance file” marks as per the Ministry of Education resolution No. 313 which clearly states that attendance will be no less than %85; failure to this rule will result in prevention of taking the final exam.
2. In the daily interactive in classroom, student should behave in a good way, asking permission to talk through raising hand.
3. Student should fully respect his teachers. Under no circumstances student will be allowed to enter the classroom after his teacher.
4. Chewing gum and food items are completely prohibited in classrooms as well as bad behaviuor.
5. Student will keep his place and disks cleaned as it reflects his attitude and personality. Please do not write on the wall.
6. Student shows respect to his peers with no laugh.
7. Homework will submitted to teachers in time.
Behaviour in the school bus:
1. In all times, student will show good behaviuor, full cooperation with bus driver and school supervisor. Throwing garbage or talking to others through bus windows is prohibited. Such acts will prevent the student from using the school bus.
2. Student should wait for the school 5 minutes before the said time and will not be allowed to use another school bus.
Getting out of the school:
1. No student will be allowed to go out of the school at any time. Exceptions will be made under parent prior request authorized by the school administration.
2. No student will be allowed to go into the school after going out of it.
Quarrels:
In case of any quarrels, students involved will be sent away, by the school, whether in or out of the school.
To keep the school standard and reputation, any disregard of the aforesaid rules and policy will result in the following penalties:

First class disobedience:

The school will issue rewards and merit certificates for the educational effort on monthly basis and at the end of the school year.
In addition, other certificates will issued to students who gets (best student- best reader- best bahaviuor ……….)
A big prize will be given to the best class in educational, systematic behavior on monthly basis.
Top students in each stage will be given special rewards for the big effort exerted.
Dear parents
Students promoted to the secondary school will be accepted only with score of %85 and above. However, good behavior is an essential condition of acceptance.
School regulations for parents:
1- Parents should follow up the progress of their children throughout the following up notebooks daily, this is the only way to link the parents to the school.
2- Parents should stick with the regulations to bring the tools which required the students , their special tools and that of school and art.
3- The student bag should be cleared daily so as to be cleaned and rearranged.
4- The name of the student should be written on each thing belongs to him whether it is subject to the school or those of his own.
5- Parents should know that meeting teachers during the school day is banned for the sake of the educational process and its progre
6- Meetings between parents and the teachers will be held according to the enclosed action plan.

1- The personal clean of the kid is of major importance (Nails, Hair,uniform).
2- The name of the kid must be written on each thing belongs to him, the name should be
in the tribble form ( books – notebooks - tools )
** It is decided that meetings of parents with the school administration on one o`clock in the afternoon up to two o`clock according to the following days;
